Welcome to the Beacon Health Options website for Medicaid recipients, families and providers participating in the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) statewide Behavior Analysis (BA) program.

If you are a licensed behavioral health professional and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and you would like to provide services under this program, you should contact AHCA at 877-254-1055 or submit the email contact form through the Florida Medicaid Web Portal.


Beacon Health Options and the Agency for Health Care Administration (the Agency) are currently working with providers to resolve authorization error issues. Beacon has received reports from providers concerning Prior Authorizations in pending status or not matching in the AHCA portal. For more information on authorization error correction, providers are encouraged to contact Beacon Provider Customer Service directly at 866-827-7737.
